The room offered a bath. I found this REALLY relaxing after hikes. The lighting allowed me to easily read maps at night. I used the soft lights a lot.
The breakfast food was only ok.

The breakfast was quite basic considering the price. i felt there was a lack of choice. the bed was uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. the mattress seemed worn out and too thin. This really affected the quality of my stay.

the staff looked happy and quite engaging. i noted the beer was brewed on the premises. there was convenient parking available.
the room i stayed in was small and located upstairs, very far away from reception. as i had a small dog, this location wasn't ideal.

the staff were friendly and helpful.
The food available in the evening was quite limited and did not have much taste. breakfast was also disappointing. The poached eggs were hard, the sausages lacked flavor and were overcooked, and the tomatoes were undercooked. the coffee tasted like discolored water, and the breakfast room could have been cleaner.
